※In the event that the event is postponed or cancelled due to a government policy such as the closure of venues due to infectious diseases, etc., or in the event that a single entry is cancelled and the entry fee has been paid by bank transfer, you will be responsible for the bank transfer fees associated with the refund, Please understand in advance that you will be responsible for the bank transfer fee at the time of refund.

Athletes who are alone in their division are eligible to change the category or receive a full refund of the registration if they contact SJJJF and request on the day of refund request period deadline. 

※After the period of the refund request, wii not be accept refund request.

From April 16th,

We’ll create a tournament bracket and is impossible to accept any changes or request.
