[Entry Change Period]

March 7, 2024 (Friday)

• After the registration deadline, during the above period, changes in weight class or category will be accepted only for single entries.
• Changes will not be accepted after the above date. Thank you for your understanding.

[Single Entry Cancellation Period]

March 8, 2024 (Saturday)

• After the registration deadline, during the above period, cancellations and refunds for entry fees will be accepted only for single entries.

• Cancellations will not be accepted after the above date. Thank you for your understanding.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations for any other reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

• From March 8 (Saturday), no changes to any categories can be accepted for tournament bracket preparation. Thank you for your understanding.

• In the event of postponement or cancellation of the tournament due to government policies regarding infectious diseases, or for those canceling a single entry who have paid their entry fee via bank transfer, any transfer fees incurred during the refund process will be the customer's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.

[Fighters Ranking Points]

1st Place: 10.5 points
2nd Place: 4.5 points
3rd Place: 1.5 points
Single Champion: 4.5 points

The tournament will be conducted according to SJJIF rules.

[Important Notes]

• Please take your trash home with you after the event.
• If the registration capacity is reached, entries may close before the official deadline.
• On the day of the event, we kindly request that participants and attendees do not use the gymnasium parking lot. Please use public transportation or the nearest paid parking. We appreciate your cooperation.
