[Solo Entry Cancellation Period]

Only participants who are the sole entrant in their category may cancel their registration and receive a refund on this date.
No cancellations will be accepted after this date. Thank you for your understanding.
No refunds will be given for cancellations due to reasons other than being the only entrant in a category.

From Sunday, August 24, 2025, no changes to categories will be accepted due to the preparation of tournament brackets. Thank you for your understanding.

In the event of a venue closure or tournament postponement/cancellation due to government policies regarding infectious diseases, or in the case of a solo entry cancellation, bank transfer fees for refunding the participation fee will be the responsibility of the participant. Thank you for your understanding.
