Tournament Notes and Guidelines
We kindly ask all visitors to read and follow the guidelines below to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone attending the event.
[Regarding Coaches on the Day of the Event]
For this tournament, one coach per athlete will be allowed to enter the 1st floor arena area for all divisions.
Coaches must enter the arena together with their athletes. Please make sure to follow this rule for smooth entry and operation on the day of the event.
[Spectator Rules – 2nd Floor Seating Area]
Spectators and supporters watching from the 2nd floor seating area are asked to remain seated while cheering.
For safety reasons, standing or cheering from the aisles is strictly prohibited, as instructed by the venue management.
We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of all athletes, coaches, and attendees.
Tournament Overview
Event Date
Sunday, October 12, 2025
This event is limited to Kids and Juvenile divisions.
For the Juvenile division, the tournament will determine the "Best High School Athlete in Japan." Therefore, belt divisions will be combined into one category including white, blue, and purple belts.
Registration Period
Monday, July 21, 2025 – Thursday, October 2, 2025 (until 23:59 JST)
Entry Modification Period
October 3 (Fri) – October 4 (Sat)

After the registration deadline, during the above dates, we will accept requests for weight class or category changes only for athletes who are the sole registrant in their division.

Please note that no changes can be accepted after these dates.
[Cancellation Period for Single Entrants]
October 5 (Sun) – October 6 (Mon)

After the registration deadline, during the above dates, we will accept cancellations and refunds of the participation fee only for athletes who are the sole registrant in their division.

Please note that no cancellations can be accepted after these dates.

Cancellations for any other reason will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

From October 6 (Mon) onward, no category changes will be accepted, as the tournament brackets will be created.

In the event that the venue is closed due to government policy related to infectious disease or similar circumstances, resulting in postponement or cancellation of the tournament, or in the case of cancellations by single entrants, please note that bank transfer fees for refunding participation fees will be the responsibility of the participant.
[Tournament Bracket Release Date]
The tournament brackets and event schedule will be released by October 10 (Fri), 5:00 PM.
Fighters Ranking Points
Please note that no ranking points will be awarded in the Juvenile division due to the combined belt format.

The tournament will be held in accordance with SJJIF rules.

Spectating from the Second Floor
Spectators on the second floor must remain seated while watching and cheering.
For safety reasons, standing or cheering from the aisles or walkways is strictly prohibited by venue policy.
We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment for all participants.
Parking Information
Due to other events being held at Yoyogi Gymnasium on the same day, the venue has requested that participants and attendees do not use the venue’s parking facilities.
Please use public transportation to access the venue.
