Registration Period

From July 14 (Monday), 2025 at 00:00
Until October 2 (Thursday), 2025 at 23:59 (JST)

Registration Edit Period

October 3 (Friday)
Only competitors who are the sole entrant in their category may request a change of division or weight class.
No changes will be accepted after this date. Please plan accordingly.

Cancellation for Single Entry

October 4 (Saturday)
Only competitors who are the sole entrant in their category may cancel their registration and receive a refund.
No cancellations will be accepted after this date.
Refunds will not be provided for any other reason.

From October 4 (Saturday), no category changes will be accepted as tournament brackets will be finalized.
Thank you for your understanding.

In the event of a venue closure due to administrative decisions related to infectious diseases, the tournament may be postponed or canceled.
If a refund is issued to participants who paid by bank transfer, the transfer fee will be the responsibility of the participant.

Fighter Ranking Points

• 1st Place: 60 points

• 2nd Place: 28 points

• 3rd Place: 12 points

• 1st Place by Single Entry: 28 points

Rules

The tournament will be held in accordance with SJJIF rules.

Important Notes

• Please take all your trash home after the event.

• Registration may close earlier than the deadline if the maximum number of entries is reached.

Tournament Rules and Guidelines

Regarding Coaches

One coach per athlete is permitted to enter the competition floor (1st floor).
Details regarding coach registration will be announced on this page after the registration period ends.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Spectators in the 2nd-floor seating area must remain seated while cheering.
Standing or cheering in the aisles is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
We kindly ask all athletes and attendees to cooperate.

Regarding Parking

Due to other events taking place at Yoyogi Gymnasium on the day of the tournament, the venue has requested that participants refrain from using the parking facilities.
All participants and attendees are asked to use public transportation. Thank you for your understanding.
