Registration Period

From: December 1, 2025 (Monday) 00:00
Until: March 19, 2026 (Thursday) 00:00

[Entry Change Period]

March 19, 2026 (Friday)

• After registration closes, athletes who are the only entrant in their division may request to change their weight or age category on this date only.

• Please note that no category changes will be accepted after this date.

[Single-Entry Cancellation Period]

March 20, 2026 (Saturday)

• After registration closes, athletes who are the only entrant in their division may cancel their entry and request a refund of the participation fee on this date only.

• No cancellations will be accepted after this date.

• Refunds will not be issued for any other reason beyond this exception.

• From March 20 (Saturday) onward, no category changes will be accepted due to tournament bracket preparation.

• The tournament brackets will be published by March 26 (Thursday).

• In the event of venue closure or postponement/cancellation due to government regulations or public health measures, or in the case of a single-entry cancellation, participants who paid via bank transfer will be responsible for any transfer fees incurred for refunds.

Fighters Ranking Points

• 1st Place: 15 points

• 2nd Place: 7 points

• 3rd Place: 3 points

• Single Competitor Champion: 7 points

All matches will be held in accordance with SJJIF Rules.

In accordance with the Asia Sport Jiu-Jitsu Federation (ASJJF) regulations, please note that gi inspections will be conducted more strictly to ensure full compliance with the rulebook.

Important Notes

• Please take all your trash with you when leaving the venue.

• Registration may close early if the maximum number of participants is reached before the official deadline.

• The venue management has requested that participants and attendees refrain from using the venue parking lot.
  Please use public transportation or nearby paid parking lots instead.
