【Registration Period】

December 22 (Mon), 2025 – October 1 (Thu), 2026 at 23:59

[Entry Modification Period]

October 2 (Fri) – October 3 (Sat)

• After registration closes, competitors who are the only entrant in their division may request to change their weight class or category during the above period.

• No changes will be accepted after this period. Thank you for your understanding.

[Single Entry Cancellation Period]

October 3 (Sun) – October 4 (Mon)

• After registration closes, competitors who are the only entrant in their division may request to cancel their entry and receive a refund during the above period.

• No cancellations will be accepted after this period.

• For any cancellations for reasons other than single-entry situations, participation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• From October 4 (Mon) onward, no category changes will be accepted due to tournament bracket preparation.

• Thank you for your understanding.

• The tournament brackets and event schedule will be published by October 10 (Fri) 

• In the event of a venue closure or other restrictions imposed by public health or government policy that result in postponement or cancellation of the tournament, or for single-entry cancellations paid by bank transfer, please note that any bank transfer fees for refunds will be the responsibility of the participant.
