October 2 (Fri) – October 3 (Sat)

• After the registration deadline, only competitors who are the sole entrants in their category may request to change their weight division or category within the above period.

• No changes will be accepted after this period. Thank you for your understanding.

[Single-Entry Cancellation Period]
October 4 (Sun) – October 5 (Mon)

• After the registration deadline, only competitors who are the sole entrants in their category may cancel their registration and receive a refund during the above period.

• Cancellations will not be accepted after this period.

• Please note that refunds cannot be issued for cancellations due to any other reasons.

Important:
From October 5 (Mon) onward, no category changes will be accepted due to the preparation of tournament brackets.

If the event is postponed or canceled due to venue closure caused by government policy (such as infectious disease measures), or if a single-entry competitor requests cancellation, please note that any bank transfer fees related to refunding the entry fee will be borne by the participant.
