[Important Notes for the Tournament]
We kindly ask all attendees to observe the following rules and cooperate in maintaining a smooth and safe environment for spectating and supporting the competitors.

[Regarding Coaches (Seconds)]
Depending on the number of competitors from each academy, a limited number of coaches (seconds) are allowed to enter the competition floor.

■ Check-in Procedure
Coaches must check in at the "Coach Registration Booth" located at the first-floor entrance to receive a wristband. Please wear the wristband for the duration of the event. (Group check-in by the academy representative is allowed.)

■ Maximum Number of Coaches Allowed

• For academies with 6 or more competitors: Up to 6 coaches allowed.

• For academies with 5 or fewer competitors: Coaches allowed up to the number of competitors.

※ Please coordinate and finalize the number and selection of coaches within your academy in advance.
※ We ask for your understanding and cooperation to reduce congestion in the competition area, ensure safety, and maintain fairness in tournament operations.

■ Spectating and Cheering
Individuals other than designated coaches are requested to watch the matches from the second-floor arena seating.

Please be sure to remain seated while cheering from the second floor.
For safety reasons, standing or cheering in the aisles or while not seated is strictly prohibited by the venue.
We appreciate the cooperation of all competitors and their affiliates.

[Regarding Parking]
Due to other events being held at the same time at the Yoyogi Gymnasium, the venue has requested that no parking be used on the day of the event.

We kindly ask all competitors and their affiliates to use public transportation to reach the venue.

Note: This tournament is exclusively for the Kids and Juvenile categories.

For the Juvenile category, to determine the "National High School Champion," the belt divisions will be a mix of white, blue, and purple belts.

Registration Period
February 3, 2025 (Monday) 00:00 - April 17, 2025 (Thursday) 23:59

Entry Modification Period
April 18, 2025 (Friday) - April 19, 2025 (Saturday)

Note: After the registration deadline, during the above period, we will accept category or weight class changes for participants who are the only entry in their category.
Note: No changes will be accepted after the above dates. Thank you for your understanding.

Solo Entry Cancellation Period
April 20, 2025 (Sunday)

Note: After the registration deadline, during the above period, we will accept cancellations and refund participation fees for solo entries only.
Note: No cancellations will be accepted after the above dates. Thank you for your understanding.
Note: For cancellations for reasons other than the ones mentioned above, no participation fee refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

Note: From April 20, 2025 (Sunday), due to tournament bracket preparation, we will not be able to accept any changes to categories.

In case of administrative decisions such as venue closure due to infectious diseases, or if the tournament is postponed or canceled, participants who paid via bank transfer will be responsible for any transfer fees when receiving a refund. We appreciate your understanding.

Fighters' Ranking Points

• 1st place: 45 points
• 2nd place: 21 points
• 3rd place: 9 points
• Solo champion: 21 points

Rules
The tournament will follow SJJIF (Sport Jiu-Jitsu International Federation) rules.
